UNDATED (KDAL) - Hiring is expected to increase in the 2nd quarter of the year in both Minnesota and Wisconsin according to the latest Manpower Employment Outlook. In Minnesota, 17 percent of employers plan to increase their staff levels in April, May and June while 21 percent of Wisconsin employers will add employees.
