DULUTH, MN (KDAL) - Mayor Don Ness will discuss Duluth city finances for 2013 at a forum sponsored by the Duluth Area Chamber of Commerce on Tuesday morning.  The panel discussion will be held from 8 to 9 a-m at the Playground Theater in the Technology Village in downtown Duluth.  Mayor Ness will also be featured during the 9 o'clock hour of the KDAL John Gilbert Show on Tuesday.
