DULUTH, MN (KDAL) - Mayor Don Ness has selected Peg Spehar to be the City of Duluth's Chief Financial Officer. She is currently the interim CFO and has worked for the city since 1980 when she began as a budget-operations analyst. Ms. Spehar's name will be submitted to the Duluth City Council for approval at the November 13th meeting.
