Duluth, MN (KDAL) - Duluth police are looking for this guy - Eugene Sandberg, the most wanted property crimes person of the week. He is a white male standing five feet eight inches tall and weighs one hundred and eighty pounds.  If you see him, a picture is in this morning's Duluth News Tribune, call 911.  He has three current warrants for his arrest.
