DULUTH, MN (KDAL) - 33 year old Luther Farris Johnson gets the honor of being the latest Duluth Police "Property Crimes Wanted Person of the Week".   Johnson has two felony warrants for possession of a controlled substance and possession of a short barreled shotgun.  He also has misdemeanor warrants for fleeing police, tampering with a motor vehicle and driving after license cancellation.  Johnson is a white male, 6 feet 1 inches tall, 185 pounds with blue eyes and brown hair.
