ST. PAUL, MN (KDAL) - The October unemployment rate in Minnesota was unchanged from the previous month at 5.8 percent. Although employers cut just over 8,000 jobs, they were offset by improvements in the September figures which were revised upwards. Minnesota's jobless rate remains well below the national rate of 7.9 percent in October.
