ST.PAUL, MN (KDAL) - The Minnesota State Senate Majority Leader-designate, Tom Bakk, has announced the appointment of Senator David Tomassoni as the Division Chair of three key budget areas in the next legislature.  Tomassoni will oversee the budgets of Environment, Economic Development and Agriculture.  Bakk says Tomassoni, "a fellow Iron Ranger" will provide the common sense and leadership needed to succeed in the budget committees.  The 2013 Legislative Session in Minnesota begins on January 8th.
