DULUTH, MN (KDAL) - Pending City Council approval, the historic Endion Station on the Lakewalk in Canal Park has been sold by the City of Duluth at auction Friday afternoon.  The winning bid of 300 thousand dollars was made by Rod Raymond and Tim Nelson, the current owners of Tycoons, the Burrito Union and the Brewhouse at Fitgers.  Raymond says initial plans are for a fitness center and entertainment in what he called a "space of celebration."
