DULUTH, MN (KDAL) - Beginning Wednesday, the Skywalk over West 2nd Street that extends from the St. Louis County Courthouse to the County Parking Ramp will undergo a roof replacement.  The work is expected to be complete by Friday afternoon but motorists should watch for lane closures and possible delays on West 2nd Street behind the courthouse.
