Duluth, MN (KDAL) - When it comes to grade crossings accidents, remember this; the train always wins. So far this year there have been seven people in Minnesota who were killed at Railroad Crossing accidents. Another seven are dead from trespassing on railroad property.
The Minnesota Department of Transportation says those numbers are up over last year and remind people that using common sense around train tracks is critical.....to not ending up critical.
This year two people have lost their lives in the Northland as a result of train related accidents.
