Duluth, MN (KDAL) - While there were plenty of apples and plenty of people in Bayfield last weekend for that community's annual Apple Festival, that doesn't seem to be the case in the rest of Wisconsin.  According to the Wisconsin Department of Agriculture the apple harvest is down by anywhere between fourty and sixty percent due to a poor growing season that brought a late frost and not much moisture.
