DULUTH, MN (KDAL) - The concrete repairs on the City of Duluth East Superior Street Parking Ramp have been progressing on schedule.  The ramp is still open for parking by using the entrance at 115 East Superior Street through Wednesday but will fully close for about a week starting on Thursday morning to facilitate a complete cleaning of the facility.  Parking will be available during the closure at the Medical District Ramp at 302 East 1st Street and the Technology Village Ramp at 14 East 1st Street.
