Duluth, MN (KDAL) - The father of Minnesota Lt. Governor Yvonne Prettner Solon has passed away.  Robert Kamp was 89 years old.  He was a World War II veteran. An electrician and small business owner, Kamp was active in several civic organizations and his church in Proctor.  Services will be Friday morning at St. Rose Catholic Church in Proctor.
