DULUTH, MN (KDAL) - A former Property Crimes Wanted Person of the Week is making a return appearance as Duluth Police are still seeking information concerning the whereabouts of Dallas Torgerson.  He has felony warrants for his arrest stemming from a parole violation and has a history of crimes involving check forgery.  Torgerson is a white male, 6 feet 2 inches tall, about 205 pounds with blond hair and blue eyes.  Anyone with information is asked to call 9-1-1.
