DULUTH, MN (KDAL) - Three members of the Univeristy of Minnesota Board of Regents traveled to northeastern Minnesota Friday to meet with UMD campus leaders and to tour the Cloquet Forestry Center and the Natural Resources Research Institute in Duluth. The regents are also scheduled to attend the UMD Homecoming football game against Bemidji State on Saturday. The board recently approved the university's budget request for the fiscal years 2014-15. It focuses on freezing tuition for Minnesota undergraduate students and commits to 28 million dollars in cost savings
