Duluth, MN (KDAL) - So far in the first Wisconsin wolf hunting and trapping season in decades eighteen animals have been taken. This according to the DNR. A wolf was trapped near Brule along a logging road and it weighed in at about sixty-five pounds. The trapper had one slot and it is now filled. Of the eighteen wolves harvested, ten were shot and eight were trapped like the one near Brule.
