Washburn, WI (KDAL) - Patients are going to get new ride in Washburn, Wisconsin.  The City Council there voted an additional eight thousand dollars to purchase a new one hundred and forty thousand dollar ambulance.  The new vehicle will replace a 22 year old ambulance.  Residents with "Friends of the Ambulance" donated three thousand dollars to the effort.
