DULUTH, MN (KDAL) - Late Sunday afternoon, Duluth Police responded to a disturbance call in the area of the 2600 block of West 4th Street.  As squads arrived, they heard shots being fired.  An initial investigation found four shell casings in the area and a bullet was found in a car tire.  Nobody was injured and no further information is available at this time.
