DULUTH, MN (KDAL) - Thomas Werner has begun his new job as Executive Director of the Duluth Airport Authority.  Werner has been with the Airport Authority since 1999 serving as Director of Operations and since July 1st of this year Interim Executive Director.  Werner takes over for Brian Ryks who resigned to take a position at the Gerald Ford Airport in Michigan.
