DULUTH, MN (KDAL) - Nine area nonprofit groups were honored during the Duluth-Superior Area Community Foundation's 2012 Touchstone Awards Program.  Among the winners were the College of St. Scholastica, the Superior Business Improvement District and Northshore Area Partners.  The Duluth-Superior Area Community Foundation encourages private giving for the public good and makes grants to non profit groups and individuals in northeastern Minnesota and northwestern Wisconsin.  Learn more at www.dsacommunityfoundation.com
