DULUTH, MN (KDAL) - A 60 year old Duluth man was sentenced to five years in prison for a marijuana growing operation in his home. In a plea agreement, James Lyons admitted that he grew over 200 marijuana plants between January and November of 2009. Following his prison term, Lyons will spend another four years on supervised release.
