DULUTH, MN (KDAL) - Motorists using the Highway 61-London Road Lester River Bridge will encounter some daytime lane closures on Monday and Tuesday.  Most of the work should be complete in two days but the lane closures could extend into Wednesday.  Flaggers will be controlling traffic during the project that includes approach grading and new pavement.
