SUPERIOR, WI (KDAL) - Following an investigation by Superior Police and the Douglas County Sheriff's Department, a Superior resident faces several felony drug charges for the sale and delivery of heroin.  Carvell Nashun Robinson is already a convicted felon and additional felony charges of illegal possession of firearms will also be filed.  This is one of many narcotics arrests made recently by Superior and Douglas County authorities.
