Two Harbors, MN (KDAL) - A man on vacation from North Dakota wanted to take back a souvenier and he thought he had found one in a dumpster at the DECC, a shopping cart encrusted with Zebra Mussels.  When he stopped in Two Harbors a couple of DNR officers noticed the shopping cart in the back of the tourist's trunk and gave him a five hundred dollar ticket for transporting an invasive species.

No idea how the shopping cart ended up a dumpster at the DECC.
