DULUTH, MN (KDAL) - The April winter storm expected to dump 3 to 5 inches on parts of the Northland hasn't produced much, so far. Less than half an inch had fallen in Duluth by Saturday morning. Snow is expected to fall throughout the morning, mostly in areas near and north of Hwy. 2 to the tune of 3-6 inches, according to the National Weather Service in Duluth. Light freezing rain is possible this morning across east-central Minnesota and northwestern Wisconsin with little to no ice accumulation expected. Still, officials warn roads could get slippery, so drivers are urged to use caution.
