DULUTH, MN (KDAL) - Another spring storm is expected to bring 4 to 7 inches of wet and heavy snow into areas of northeastern Minnesota including Carlton and southern St. Louis Counties on Sunday into early Monday morning. Higher amounts are possible north and west of Duluth. A Winter Storm Warning has been issued from 1 p-m Sunday to 7 a-m Monday in the region. Strong east winds Sunday and Sunday night will reduce visibilities and could cause blowing and drifting snow, especially near Lake Superior. Northwest Wisconsin is expecting less snow from this storm but a wintery mixture including snow and sleet is likely. Travel is expected to become hazardous Sunday afternoon and evening.
