Duluth, MN (KDAL) - A two day economic summt that concentrates on northern Wisconsin is being held today and tomorrow at the Four Seasons Island Resort near Pembine. Governor Scott Walker will deliver the keynote address and will be attending panel discussions with all eight cabinet secretaries. Among the agenda items at the summit are labor and employment issues, natural resources, agriculture, regulatory reform and sustainability. The annual economic development conference is open to business, industry, educators and tribal leaders. It's designed to provide collaboration to address the unique set of economic challenges and opportunities in northern Wisconsin.
