DULUTH, MN (KDAL) - State Rep. Tom Huntley of Duluth plans to plead guilty following his Feb. 2 arrest on suspicion of drunken driving. The Duluth News Tribune reported the DFL lawmaker told the paper he was pulled over on Hwy. 6 near Deerwood for driving about eight miles per hour over the speed limit. The officer administered a breath analysis which yielded a blood-alcohol level of 0.083. The legal limit to drive in Minnesota is 0.08. Huntley told the paper he was guilty, so he plans to plead guilty, and wanted to let the people of Duluth know he is sorry for his actions.
