DULUTH, MN (KDAL) - Duluth Police on Friday arrested the "Property Crimes Person of the Week" at the Fond du Luth Casino following an early-morning tip. James Thomas Garasha had a felony warrant for his arrest for probation violation stemming from a burglary case, according to a police news release. Garasha was arrested without incident, taken to the St. Louis County Jail and booked on the felony warrant.
