DULUTH, MN (KDAL) - At their meeting today, the St. Louis County Board will honor those involved in the transition of emergency communications in the county to the digital "Allied Radio Matrix for Emergency Response" (ARMER) system. The total cost of installing the ARMER system in St. Louis County was 7.16 million dollars but the team charged with getting the system up and running finished the job nearly 10 percent under budget.
