DULUTH, MN (KDAL) - The largest and most effective citizen lobbying effort at the Minnesota State Capitol will be held Wednesday and Thursday in St. Paul.  The annual Duluth and St. Louis County Days attracts around 500 people from the area who meet with State Legislators about issues important to the region.  After informal discussions Wednesday at the Capitol, the Grand Reception will be held Wednesday evening from 5 to 8 p-m at the Crowne Plaza in St. Paul.  There is also a Legislative Breakfast with Governor Mark Dayton on Thursday morning.  Contact the Duluth Area Chamber of Commerce or go to their website for more information.
