DULUTH, MN (KDAL) - After receiving several complaints about snow removal since the snow on Sunday, the Duluth Police Department is again reminding citizens that it is illegal to remove snow from your property and place it on city streets, sidewalks, alleys or other public grounds.  They are asking for cooperation from the public to minimize the need for enforcement of that city ordinance.
