Duluth, MN (KDAL) - Duluth P-D will recognize some of its finest this afternoon.  Police Chief Gordon Ramsey will hand out awards at a ceremony at two o'clock in the new Public Safety Building.  Officer Dan Neitzel will recieve the Kiwanis Club's Officer of the Year Award, but others on the force will also be recognized including awards for citizenship, meritorious service and more.
