SUPERIOR, WI (KDAL) - Superior Mayor Bruce Hagen and Douglas County Board Chair Doug Finn declared February as "Career and Technical Education Month" at a news conference this week.  It also marked the introduction of a new course at the Wisconsin Indianhead Technical College that will help train future employees of Kestrel Aircraft.  The Composite Technology program will debut this fall at WITC and features a two year Associate Degree and a three semester Technical Diploma.  A Wisconsin Covenant Grant of 600 thousand dollars will be used to develop the program.
