DULUTH, MN (KDAL) - Hobby Lobby, a national chain of arts and craft stores, will hold a ribbon cutting and grand opening celebration at its new Duluth store on Monday morning.  The store uses the building formerly occupied by  Kmart at Mall Drive and the Maple Grove Road and is the third Hobby Lobby in Minnesota.  The public is invited to the ribbon cutting at 9 a-m featuring local dignitaries, ambassadors from the Chamber of Commerce and other business leaders.
