MINNEAPOLIS, MN - Joe Hundley won't need to go to work for awhile. He's the 60-year-old man accused of slapping a crying toddler in the face Feb. 8 on a flight from Minneapolis to Atlanta. Hundley is President of Unitech Composites and Structures of Idaho, and is suspended pending the outcome of the criminal investigation into whether he slapped the 2-year-old and used a racial slur. He is charged with simple assault.
