DULUTH, MN (KDAL) - Two Duluth men have been charged with attempted armed robbery for an incident in the 2800 block of West 2nd Street at 1:14 a-m last Friday. According to police, the two suspects approached the 32 year old victim and asked for a cigarette and spare change.
