Madison, WI (KDAL) - Wisconsin Governor Scott Walker released his state budget for the next two years last night.  It calls for more school vouchers and a major tax break, for the middle class.  Democrats say the Governor's idea of middle class and reality are two different income brackets and that the tax reductions proposed by Walker benefit upper income households.
