Duluth, MN (KDAL) - The Duluth City Council tonight is expected to pass an ordinance asking the City's Parks and Recreation Department to find two new locations for leash free dog parks like the one in West Duluth along Keene Creek. Councilor Dan Hartman is proposing two new parks in the central and eastern sections of the city.
