DULUTH, MN (KDAL) - The next step for the City of Duluth to try and resume getting a share of the downtown Fond Du Luth Casino profits is a lawsuit that was filed against the National Indian Gaming Commission.  The Commission had ruled that the Fond du lac band is not required to make the payments that were agreed to when the casino was built because it violates gaming rules.  While the court fight continues, the city is losing millions of dollars a year.
