Duluth, MN (KDAL) - The downtown is still a mess following that water main break on New Years Day. The sixteen inch pipe dates back to 1887 and is being repaired. It poured a million gallons of water in stores and buidlings. A portion of the street remains closed to traffic as of Thursday morning.
