WASHINGTON D.C. (KDAL) - Democrat Rick Nolan has returned to Congress.  He was sworn in Thursday as the Representative in Minnesota's 8th Congressional District and also represented a portion of northern Minnesota in the late 1970's.  Nolan beat first term Republican Chip Cravaack in the November election.  Nolan is scheduled to be a guest on the KDAL morning show on Friday at around 7:40 a-m.
