St. Paul, MN (KDAL) - Unlike New York City, St. Paul will never have a Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade. It's expected that today the downtown retailer will announce it's closing their store later this year. If that happens, downtown St. Paul will be without a major retailer for the first time in 130 years.
