MADISON, WI (KDAL) - Wisconsin Governor Scott Walker announced that he will be leading a trade mission to China in the spring.  The goal is to create opportunities for links between state companies and the Chinese market.  The mission in April will include stops in Bejing, Shanghai and several other cities.  China is currently Wisconsin's third largest export market.
