DULUTH, MN (KDAL) - The Minnesota Assistance Council for Veterans is holding a free drop-in legal clinic for veterans on Thursday.  The clinic offers vets a chance to talk with lawyers about legal issues and concerns free of charge.  The event is from 9 a-m to 2 p-m Thursday in the Great Hall of the Depot at 506 West Michigan Street in Duluth.  MACV is a non profit organization that has been assisting veterans statewide for over 22 years.
