Duluth, MN (KDAL) - The Duluth Art Insititute has opened a new display at the St. Louis County Heritage & Arts Center, the Depot.  It is there members only exhibit featuring works of art in several different media on display through the end of February.  The exhibit is FREE with admission to the entire Depot or FREE if you just want to tour the art display.
