DULUTH, MN (KDAL) - The Minnesota Department of Transportation is urging extra caution for motorists traveling in the northwestern quadrant of the state this weekend. New snowfall and powerful winds are expected to limit visibility. MNDOT urges drivers to keep an eye out for snowplows and when behind them, to remain five car-lengths back.
