HERMANTOWN, MN (KDAL) - Bill Sample, owner of Labor Relations Consultants, was named the 2012 Volunteer of the Year by the Hermantown Area Chamber of Commerce.  Executive Director, Bill Lundstrom, says Bill Sample has played a key role in the growth of the Chamber with the gift of his time and talent.  The Hermantown Chamber has 340 members and serves the Hermantown, Miller Hill and surrounding areas.
