Duluth, MN (KDAL) - For some residents of Peidmont Heights Wednesday is a dry morning.  A water main break last night has affected residents who will be without water until later today.  The City of Duluth Crews are working on the problem and predict that service will be restored later today.  In the meantime residents who need water can get it from their local fire hall.
