Duluth, MN (KDAL) - This from Western Minnesota. A Carlos, Minnesota man will be in court next month charged with having too many fish.  After a search of his home, 69-year-old Ronald Johnson was found to have in his possession 228 sunfish, seven bass and seven northern pike.  If convicted Johnson would loose his fishing license for three years and could face one year in jail.
